By selling with Relovluxe the consignor agrees to leaving the products with Relovluxe at least four months in order for it to be sold.

6. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged luxury item, please notify us immediately along with supporting photographs. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a voucher or resale of bag, at our sole discretion.
