Refund policy

Each item is priced based on its condition, and we take great care to thoroughly inspect every piece before shipping it to the buyer. Therefore, we strongly recommend reviewing the product description and all accompanying photographs carefully before making a purchase. It's crucial to understand that legal ownership of items sold on RELOVLUXE stays with the private sellers until the sale is finalized.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they receive their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Relovluxe of their decision to withdraw by means of a clear written statement before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying Relovluxe of the withdrawal. Products should be returned in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, certificates, and original packaging included whenever reasonably possible.

Customers may inspect and handle products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they would be permitted to do in a physical retail store. Relovluxe reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, as permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Customers are encouraged to use a tracked and insured shipping service, as they remain responsible for the goods until they are received by Relovluxe.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, Relovluxe will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Relovluxe may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products exempted under applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

• Other products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law.

Relovluxe reserves all rights available under applicable consumer protection laws regarding the assessment of returned goods and any lawful reduction in reimbursement where a product's value has been diminished through unnecessary handling or use.

We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold on RELOVLUXE. In the rare circumstance that the authenticity of an item is contested and proven to be un authentic, we are dedicated to offering a full refund.
